<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antibacterial drip-absorbing sheet that properly correctly absorbs and removes the drip solution separating and flowing from meat, fish, vegetables, etc., and is capable of retaining freshness of the food for a long period of time. SOLUTION: This drip-absorbing sheet comprises a water-absorption sheet made of nonwoven fabric or paper, and a hydrophilic film that is laminated via an adhesive to at least one face of the water absorption sheet where an inorganic carrier adsorbing a freshness retention components is formulated.</p> |
