PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency, for example, of the production of a DNA chip by homogenizing the concentration of a reagent transferred on a base board such as a slide glass and improving the strength of a transferring member. SOLUTION: Along the axis center 21 of a syringe 21, hollow parts 21a to 21d having different diameters are formed. A positive pressure generated by a pressure source 31, and a negative pressure generated by a vacuum pressure generating apparatus 33 are actuated to the hollow parts 21a to 21d. A base board 1 is arranged on a region 11a of a working table 11, and a container 3, in which reagents are stored, is placed in a region 11b. By means of an X-direction driving member 12 and a Y-direction driving member 13, a carriage 14 is moved to a desired position among regions 11a to 11d set on a working table 11, and a transferring member B is vertically moved by driving a Z- direction driving member. By carrying out a series of these actions, points 2 are formed via each of the processes of the taking up of a reagent solution by a syringe 21, the transfer of the solution to the base board 1, washing and drying.
