SOLUTION: In the floating-floor facility in which a plurality of floor panels 2 are supported under a juxtaposed state through supporting members A for supporting the floor panels installed onto a floor supporting surface 1 and underfloor spaces V are formed among the floor supporting surface 1 and the floor panels 2, each floor panel 2 is constituted detachably to the supporting members A while storage vessels 20 freely mounted in the underfloor spaces V are mounted in a replaceable manner with the floor panels 2, and the floor-panel mounting sections 22A of the supporting members A and the storage-vessel mounting sections of the supporting members A are worked in combination.
