SOLUTION: A frame 1 for stretching over a metal mask plate removably includes a mechanism for drawing in a means 8 for stretching the metal mask plate, to the rear of the frame 1, till the part in the forefront of a pin plate 9 provided for the means 8 for stretching the metal mask plate comes behind the front of the frame 1.
