<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the optimal determination of a blood pressure corresponding to data. SOLUTION: A manometer has an arterial pulse wave-extracting part 101 to extract a dynamic pressure from an output value of an A/D converter 16, and a cuff pressure-extracting part 102 to extract a static pressure, a memory part 103 to store the dynamic and static pressures, an arithmetic part 104 to performs a computation using the dynamic and static pressures and a blood pressure determination part 105 to determine a blood pressure utilizing the results of the computation. The manometer is provided further with a memory part 110 to store a pulse wave extracted by the arterial pulse wave extracting part 101, a pulse wave-subdividing computation part 111 which adds a plurality of pulse waves, for instance, to subdivide, an arithmetic part 112 to compare the subdivided pulse wave with a specified pulse wave, a stratification part 113 which quantifies the results of the comparison to stratify a data obtained from the A/D converter 16 into a plurality of stratums based on the results of the quantification and a stratification computing determining part 114 to alter a formula for determining the blood pressure in stratums obtained by the stratification.</p> |
