<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject treatment method capable of stabilizing heavy metals without using an expensive chemical agent and capable of lowering the pH of treated matters to the region in which the elution of heavy metals does not occur and an acidic gas removing agent for refuse incineration exhaust gas. SOLUTION: In a treatment method of refuse incineration fly ash, one or more kind of a sulfate-containing substance, aluminum-containing substance, slaked lime and quick lime is added to refuse incineration fly ash to adjust the contents of CaO, Al2O3 and SO4 components of the fly ash to a predetermined range (CaO:Al2O3=3:1-3, SO4/CaO>=0.3) and water is added to this fly ash to be kneaded therewith to solidify the fly ash. The content of CaO determined as an alkali component is 30 wt.% and the contents of the respective components are adjusted so that a mol ratio of them enters the above mentioned range.</p> |
