REUTILIZATION OF GYPSUM BOARD, BACKFILLING MATERIAL, AGGREGATE FOR CEMENT, AGGREGATE FOR ROAD BED, BRICK AND TILE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reutilize a gypsum board generated as a building waste material in large quantities without relying on landfilling disposal. SOLUTION: A gypsum board 1 and a dried clay board 3 prepared by drying muddy water of clay to form the same into a plate shape are finely ground to be mixed in a ratio of gypsum powder 5: clay powder 7=1:1-2:1 and a proper amt. of water is added to the powder mixture to perform molding. By this molding process, for example, a spherical molded object 9a, a brick molded object 9B or a tile molded object 9C are produced. These molded objects are dried and solidified to be baked at about 1,200 deg.C to produce aggregate 11A, a brick 11B or a tile 11C. When the gypsum board is reutilized as a refilling material, the spherical molded object 9A is dried and solidified to be used as it is without being baked. As a result, the gypsum board can be reutilized as the backfilling material or aggregate for cement.
