A filter circuit provided in current source (9), changes the offset voltage ( DELTA E) supplied to non-inverting terminal of differential amplifier (7) temporarily, during application of source current to non-inverting terminal of differential amplifier. The amplifier amplifies electrical potential difference between thermosensitive elements (1,2).
