PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing an air/LPG mixed gas burner TIP on the outlet of a 1200°C electric melting furnace is provided to reduce manufacturing cost remarkably. CONSTITUTION: An SUS material is processed by a machine tool and then each 0.5/1.2 hole is processed by a super drill. An SUS mesh is fitted to the 0.5 hole to prevent mixed gas from being sprayed in a straight line and to disperse the gas from side to side. A mixed gas TIP is possible to be mounted in a small space as well as uses the mixed gas between air and LPG. Therefore, fuel cost is economized more efficiently than other ones and maintenance cost is reduced.
