<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dechlorination apparatus which can melt waste plastics and effectively remove chlorine from the molten plastics. SOLUTION: A dechlorination apparatus 10 has a case 11, and an inlet side screw 12a and an outlet side screw 12b which are disposed in the case 11. The inlet side screw 12a and the outlet side screw 12b are each independently driven by driving mechanisms 21a and 21b, respectively. The number of revolutions of the outlet side screw 12b is set at 50-100% of that of the inlet side screw 12a and accordingly, a turbulence of the molten plastics is caused between the inlet side screw 12a and the outlet side screw 12b to improve the kneading effect.</p> |
