The invention relates to a method for detecting at least one molecule (212) in a solution in a reaction reservoir of a microfluid chip having a bottom. Said method comprises the following steps: a) the molecule to be detected is contacted with beads (210) coated with suitable antibodies, and with dye-labeled secondary antibodies (214); b) the dye-labeled secondary antibody (214) is preferably an antibody which begins to fluoresce when bound to the detected molecule; c) the molecule to be detected binds to the above-mentioned substances; d) a complex (216) consisting of the molecule to be detected, beads and dye-labeled secondary antibodies is formed; and e) said complex precipitates and is detected on the bottom. |
