PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve peel strength of the skin by projecting a skin member of a melting state in a pitch directional clearance of a spiral tube by passing through a mesh part of a net-like tube, and forming mutual projecting parts within two or several places in a state of being partially connected in respective parts in the pitch directional clearance of the spiral tube. SOLUTION: An inserting part of an endoscope inserted into a celom is enclosed by a flexible tube 1, and the base end is connected to a lower end part of an operation part. In the flexible tube 1, the inner most layer is formed of a spiral tube 10 formed by winding a belt-like member in a coil shape of opening clearance 11 in the pitch direction, an outside surface of the spiral tube 10 is covered with a net-like tube 20, and an outside surface of the net-like tube 20 is covered with a flexible skin 30. In this case, in a melting state at extrusion molding time, a skin member is projected in a scattering state in the clearance 11 of the inside spiral tube 10 by passing through a mesh 21 part of the net-like tube 20, and mutual projecting parts 31 within two or several places are partially connected in respective parts in the clearance 11 of the spiral tube 10.
