PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a light irradiation time and improve a productivity by overlapping a first base and a second base via a photo-setting adhesive, bringing light in a slantwise direction from the side of a face where a projecting part is present, and irradiating light also to the photo-setting adhesive immediately below the projecting part. SOLUTION: A first substrate with a recording layer formed and a second substrate 2 which can be provided with a recording layer are joined by attaching via a UV curing resin 5. A plurality of new reflecting plates 13 are set slantwise and opposite to each other to a light source structure which has one UV lamp 12 at a focus in a lamp house with a radial concave reflecting plate 11. Optical paths 19 and 19' of light from the UV lamp 12 changed by the reflecting plates are changed in a slantwise direction to a disk face from a normal optical path 9 indicated by an imaginary line. An angle of incidence to annular projecting parts 8 is consequently changed, and therefore the light efficiently enters also an area immediately below the projecting parts even when it is refracted, and sufficiently irradiates the UV curing resin 5.
