PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability by removing dust without increasing the rotation torque of a magnetic disk medium. SOLUTION: A magnetic disk medium 4 like a disk is housed in a case obtained by joining an upper shell 1 and a lower shell 2 so that this medium can be rotated, and liners 6 and 6 are fixed to inside surfaces of the upper shell 1 and the lower shell 2 which surfaces face the magnetic disk medium 4, and inside surface of upper and lower shells 1 and 2 are provided with inner ribs 1b and 2b, which demarcate medium housing parts 30 and corner parts 33, on the outside periphery of the magnetic disk medium 4, and inner ribs 1b and 2b of at least one corner part 33 are notched to form air holes 33a and 33b, and a filter member 20 for dust collection is provided in the air path of this corner part 33.
