<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the efficient and stable supply of gaseous fluorocarbon, etc., by reducing water consumption at the decomposing process of an org. halogen compd. SOLUTION: The product gas produced by the decomposing reaction of the org. halogen compd. with steam is subjected to neutralizing reaction with alkali soln. and the resulting matter is allowed to stand for a prescribed time, and the neutralization product produced by the neutralizing reaction is precipitated in the alkali soln. and the precipitate is removed. Then a removing pipe 71 is projected at the inside of a waste gas treating tank 41 in order to for completely draw up the neutralization product, and disk plate 71a is fixed parallel to the bottom surface of the waste gas treating tank 41 at the tip of the removing pipe 71, moreover, the tip of the removing pipe 71 is opened at the center of the bottom surface of the plate 71a.</p> |
