PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recyclable composite waterproof sheet improved in the essential defect possessed by polyvinyl chloride of a conventional composite waterproof sheet using a polyvinyl chloride sheet. SOLUTION: A sheet comprising a thermoplastic synthetic resin, which contains no chlorine as a substituent or an additive, selected from the group consisting of a polyolefinic thermoplastic elastomer, an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer and a polyolefinic resin is integrally laminated to at least one surface of a fibrous base sheet. If desired, a predetermined pattern is applied to the surface of the thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet.
