PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize efficient operation more effectively by connecting facility apparatus, a mixing unit and a hot water supply means through a communication network, thereby performing effective energy saving operation totally for the facility apparatus in a home or totally controlling a plurality of apparatus. SOLUTION: Facility apparatus 10, e.g. a mixing unit 5, a hot water supply apparatus 9, a dishwasher 8, a personal computer 7, a faucet metal 2, a cooker 6, and other home electrical products, are arranged in a home 1. Communication means 33-38 are built in respective apparatus and interconnected through an information network so that required information can be communicated. Water supply piping 30, 40 is connected with the hot water supply apparatus 9 and the mixing unit 5 and high temperature water supplied from the hot water supply apparatus 9 is connected with the mixing unit 5 through hot water supply piping 41. The mixing unit 5 is provided on the 'IN' side of water/hot water and on the 'OUT' side to a faucet, or the like, with water temperature and water quantity sensors 11-18, respectively, and information sensed thereat is transmitted the information network via a communication means.
