发明名称 PULSE TYPE MAGNETIC-FLUX METER
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the influence of a magnetic field without being disturbed with a convection of a sample magnet circumference atmospheric gas and to accurately measure the field by disposing a heater at the inside of a pick-up coil and an outside of a sample. SOLUTION: A sample magnet 6, a heater 1 and a pick-up coil 3 are sequentially disposed from an inside of the pulse type magnetic-flux meter. Thus, a limited space such as, for example, a gap 16 from the coil 3 can be sufficiently provided. A convection of an atmospheric gas 12 from a lower portion of the magnet 6 is expedited, and soaking properties of the magnet 6 can be enhanced. Then, as the atmospheric gas, an inert gas is used. Thus, the change of properties of a sample such as an oxidation of a bonded magnet can be prevented. A low temperature can be measured by using a low temperature gas.
