PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide service corresponding to user information. SOLUTION: Since a condition that a user is a male is shown by 'user condition 10' corresponding to 'price condition 10' in a PTA-1, the PTA-1 can be selected only by male users. Since a condition that a user is a female is shown by 'user condition 20' corresponding to 'price condition 20' in PTA-2, the PTA-2 can be selected only by female users. When the price contents of the PTA-1 are compared with that of the PTA-2, the amount shown by the price contents of the PTA-2 is a half of the amount shown by the price contents of the PTA-1. Namely a female user can utilize the contents by a half of the charge of a male user.
