PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make adjustable a camber and the ground angle in a tread part of a tool in the case of necessity including the time during traveling, to increase the operation area based on body action, and to make a driver easy to maintain the posture. SOLUTION: Using the property of a variable rectangular, a camber and the ground angle in a tread part of the tool can be adjusted in the case of necessity including the time during traveling. Symmetrically along the advancing direction, main wheels 15 with large diameters are arranged in the center while auxiliary wheels 16 with small diameters are arranged on the front and back sides of the main wheels 15. For turning the direction, a braking action is matched with the timing when only the main wheels 15 are brought into contact with the ground because of a shift of gravity center of a driver. In this structure, an area based on a body action is increased in an operation field. A driver can keep the posture during travel because of a hanging type seat 20.
