PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener excellent in follow-up performance. SOLUTION: This fastener for fixing a precast concrete slab 1 to a skeleton is constituted to interpose a conical spring 4 between the precast concrete slab 1 and an upper fastener 3a or a lower fastener and to install a protruding part of the conical spring 4 facing the precast concrete slab 1 in the case of supporting the load of the precast concrete slab 1 by the lower fastener or upper fastener 3a. In the case of the occurrence of layer displacement, the layer displacement is absorbed by the deformation of the conical spring 4 to follow it. The layer displacement can therefore be followed easily without counting on the flexural deformation ability of the prescast concrete slab 1.
