PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eyegrounds camera in which image quality of a photographed image can be improved by preventing a corneal reflected light from entering a photographing optical system when photographing an eyeground peripheral part of the eyes. SOLUTION: This eyegrounds camera is provided with a illuminating optical system 6 for illuminating the eyeground Ef of the eye E to be examined, a photographing optical system 7 for photographing the eyeground Ef of the main body of the device, and is also provided with an observation optical system 8 for detecting whether a distance between the eye E and the device main body of the device is a suitable working distance W or not, and an alignment index projecting system 9. Furthermore, a driving mechanism for moving a light guide 33 in the optical axis direction is arranged so as to change the distance W depending on a case of photographing the center of the eyeground Ef and a case of photographing the peripheral part of the eyeground Ef. |
