PURPOSE: An outer wall material of an electronic articles is provided to absorb electromagnetic waves which are harmful to human bodies. CONSTITUTION: First charcoal particles are brittle and fragile, and hardly mixed with plastic. The first charcoal particles are mixed with polyvinylalcohol and second charcoal particles which are flexible and not brittle. The second charcoal particles tend to mix with plastic, so the first and second charcoal particles and the polyvinylalcohol adhere each other to form a paste as one body. The mixed article is incorporated in the outer wall made of plastic of an electronic article. The charcoals mounted in the outer wall shield electromagnetic waves which are harmful to human bodies.
