PURPOSE: An apparatus for warning a charging extraction(ED) rack of a centralized charging system is provided to inform an operator of a fault generation of a power supply, so as to perform a restoring operation and to reduce charging loss. CONSTITUTION: A centralized charging system detects whether faults of a power inputted from an exchange power supply(100) and powers distributed to each charging extraction(ED) device are generated, by using a warning signal inputted from a circuit breaker(150). If so, the centralized charging system displays the power fault generation in a visual warning display(240) designated by the input power and each distribution power. The centralized charging system generates an audible warning tone.
