PURPOSE: A low voltage detecting circuit is provided to be capable of offsetting the variance width of a reference voltage level according to temperature variance by detecting the variance of periphery temperature through a temperature detector to vary a current drive performance, thereby providing a reference voltage of stable level. CONSTITUTION: A temperature detector(10) generates three current drive enable signals(TH,TR,TC). A reference voltage generator has a predetermined threshold voltage, is turned on to generate a reference voltage(Vref) of low level when an input voltage determined the current level supplied from a source voltage terminal through a current drive unit is over the threshold voltage, and is turned off to generate a reference voltage of level equal to that of the input voltage when the input voltage is less than the threshold voltage. A CMOS inverter receives the reference voltage(Vref) and outputs a low voltage detecting signal.
