Novel imidazopyridine compounds, process of their preparation and salts thereof, use of those compounds and salts for preparing medicaments and a medicament containing thereof

In the present invention there are disclosed novel imidazopyridine compounds of the general formula I, in which R0 represents methyl or hydroxymethyl, R1 and R2 represent alkyl containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R3 represents alkyl containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms and A represents oxygen or NH, their salts as well as process for preparing thereof. Those compounds exhibit pronounced control of hydrogen chloride acid and excellent protective gastrointestinal activity in warm-blooded animals.
