PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance imaging device that can simplify the re-arranging processing of the collected data, can reduce the labor at the stage of its development and can shorten the time processing after collecting the data. SOLUTION: The magnetic resonance imaging device applies a high-frequency magnetic field and an inclined magnetic field to a subject arranged in an uniformly magnetostatic field and collects magnetic resonance signals as data sequence. Its computer system 11 compiles the text which can be compiled and in which the time of applying the high-frequency magnetic field and the inclined magnetic field, the intensity and the timing of the data collection are written, decodes the parameter that varies at every time of implementing the pulse sequence of the intermediate code generated by this compilation and generates altered data. The altered data an retained at a memory for a while. According to the altered data, the pulse sequence is implemented and a data sequence is collected. Furthermore, the collected data sequence is re-arranged based on the intermediate code and the re-arranged data sequence is reconstructed in an image.
