PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the zone of a communication object without executing site work at an antenna installation place by driving an obliquely rotating actuator whose detected obliquely rotating angle becomes an objective one. SOLUTION: An antenna 1 is fitted to a pole 3 through a supporting member 2. When a motor 5 rotates, the supporting member 2 turns and the antenna 1 obliquely rotates against the pole 3. An obliquely rotating sensor is incorporated in the motor 5, for example. A control unit as a driving control part is fitted to the base end part of the pole 3 and a program for driving the obliquely rotating actuator is stored so that the detected obliquely rotating angle becomes the objective one. The objective obliquely rotating angle is given to the control unit from a base station terminal installed in the base station through a cable. The obliquely rotating actuator is driven so that the detected obliquely rotating angle becomes the objective one.
