PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily seal a rear part of a loud speaker in a speaker box with a simple work. SOLUTION: A pulp mold is employed for a sound absorbing member 2, the shape of the sound absorbing member 2 is selected nearly the same shape as an internal shape of a speaker box 1, and a flange 2a is formed around the opening of the upper part of the sound absorbing member 2. A speaker 3 is fitted to a front panel 4. The flange 2a of the sound absorbing member 2 is pressed into contact with an opening end face 1a of the speaker box 1, the sound absorbing member 2 is tentatively fastened to the speaker box 1 and the surrounding ends of a front panel 4 are fastened to the opening end face 1a of the speaker box 1 by screws 5. The rear part 3a of the speaker 3 is sealed by tightening the sound absorbing member 2 and the front panel 4 together.
