<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peripheral circuit incorporated type liquid crystal display device which is capable of making a display picture to be of high quality and highly accurate and is capable of being miniaturized or the like. SOLUTION: The display part 48 provided in a liquid crystal display device 40 is divided into first to n-th blocks. In the display part 48, plural scanning lines 26 and signal lines 28 are arranged in a matrix shape and pixel cells 52 are arranged at respective intersections of the scanning lines 26 and the signal lines 28. Each pixel cell 52 has a pixel being an analog switch controlled by a block control signal Vb and a pixel TFT controlled by a scanning signal Vg. For example, pixels in the first block are connected to a block control line B1 and pixels in the second block are connected to a block control line B2. Then, a display signal Vs is written in the pixel cell 52 selected by the block control signal Vb and the scanning signal Vg.</p> |
