<p>The present invention pertains to the field of trade, more precisely to that of devices for the retail sale of juice, and essentially relates to a device for preparing fresh fruit juice and for selling the same into portions. This device includes a body with a pressing chamber that comprises loading windows, spew discharge windows and a worm screw connected to a drive mechanism as well as a juice collector and juice discharge ducts. The device further includes a hopper divided into sections for receiving vertically arranged cylindrical containers which are capable of displacement therein and have an opening bottom. The device also includes a cooling apparatus for generating a given temperature mode in the sections of the hopper. This device also includes additional pressing chambers, juice collectors, dosers with closure systems for preventing the juice to flow into the juice collectors and the discharge ducts, a spew receiving chamber and a tank for storing and distributing cups. The pressing chambers and each worm screw are made in the shape of a truncated cone and are arranged under the hopper. Each pressing chamber includes a discharge channel as well as removable grids arranged in the lower portion thereof. The upper portion of the front panel of the body, the pressing chambers with the channels, the juice collectors, the discharge ducts and the pipes are all removable. When in use, this invention is used to prepare juice from a presented selection of fruits and for selling it into portions.</p> |
