PURPOSE: A decorative lamination sheet is to have a good adhesive capability between the base film and the printing layer and a good resistance to heat and water and is to be applied with a water-based coating liquid for economical cost and environment friendliness. CONSTITUTION: The decorative lamination sheet comprises a polyester base film, a primer layer, a print layer, an adhesive layer, and a polyvinylchloride sheet layered in the order of mentioning, the primer layer being composed of an ester group polyurethane resin including 35-35mole% carboxylic acid, 35-55mole% glycol and 5-15mole% di-isocyanate.
