The invention relates to compounds of formula (I) and the salts thereof with mineral or organic acids, the solvates and/or hydrates thereof, exhibiting a strong affinity and high degree of selectivity with respect to human NK1 receptors of substance P. The invention also relates to a method for the production of said derivatives, intermediate compounds of formulae (IV), (VI) and (VIII) used in the production thereof, pharmaceutical compositions containing said derivatives and the use thereof in the production of medicaments in the treatment of all pathologies where substance P and/or human NK1 receptors are involved.
