PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to reduce bulk and achieve a convenience in transport while arranging the steam retaining structure of the steam bath in fold type. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a pair of front poles(12) and a pair of rear poles(13) having at lower ends thereof support member(11) coupled to the poles, respectively, a front folding leg(21), a rear folding leg(22), and lateral folding legs(23) folding by a connection shaft pin(2), a connecting member(3) having a slide hole and which is hinge-coupled to both upper ends of each of the front folding leg, rear folding leg and lateral folding legs and inserted into the front and rear poles, respectively, thus forming a frame(1). The frame has at an interior thereof a flexible water proof cloth(4) which is arranged to be extended or contracted by a folding action of the frame. The water proof cloth is shaped as a square, square hexahedron, or a trapezoid.
