PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to certainly prevent movement and falling down of an ornament while making a good appearance only by putting and adsorbing the ornament on a tape stuck on the surface supporting the ornament. SOLUTION: Tape members 12 are stuck on the whole area of the surface and reverse of a cushion member 10 rich in flexibility and elasticity symmetrically upside and underside through an adhesive 11, and these tape members 12 form adsorptive-board-structured urethane foam adsorptive layers 15 having continuous pores 14 by special foam processing, on the each side of a film- shaped substrate 13 rich in flexibility and elasticity. The underside adsorptive layer 15 is adsorbed on an ornament-supporting surface 17, an ornament 18 is adsorbed on the upside adsorptive layer 15, and thus the ornament 18 is prevented from slipping and moving or falling down.
