PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drilled hole repairing device easily capable of drilled hole repairing without damaging products. SOLUTION: A drilled hole repairing device 1 is composed of a cylindrical cutter 10 and a cylindrical body 20, and enlarges an existing hole diameter of a workpiece. At a lower edge end of an opening cylindrical portion 11 of the cylindrical cutter 10, a cutting edge portion 12 is formed, and at upper part of the cylindrical portion 11 of the cylindrical cutter 10, a rotation supporting shaft 13 which can be connected with a drill chuck is provided. In the cylindrical portion 11, the cylindrical body 20 having an outer diameter same as the existing hole or slightly smaller than the existing hole is coaxially attached, and the cylindrical cutter 10 is allowed to conduct boring machining with inserting the cylindrical body 20 in the existing hole of the workpiece.
