PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate construction of a building having high accuracy and high quality, and to reduce construction costs and shorten a construction period. SOLUTION: In a wall plate 1 constituted of a vertically supported concrete panel, a form 2 using the internal surface of the wall plate as one side wall is horizontally extended. The wall plate 1 supports a roof plate 8 or a floor plate 20 which is formed of a concrete panel, such that an end 8a protrudes into the form. Then, concrete is placed in the form, to thereby form a concrete beam 18 for supporting the wall plate and the roof plate or the floor plate.
