PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a lightweight cellular concrete panel excellent in designability with an uneven pattern and to provide a method for producing the lightweight cellular concrete panel. SOLUTION: This method for producing a lightweight cellular concrete panel 1 comprises delivering a physical shock in which the position for operating the shock and operating depth are numerically controlled to the surface of the lightweight cellular concrete panel. The lightweight cellular concrete panel 1 obtained by the method has many recessed parts 4 having the bottom thereof which is substantially circular (or polygonal) and solid and a difference in level present in the depth of the respective recessed parts 4 on the panel surface. Since the concrete panel 1 has the solid parts, the spread of a coating material is good. Thereby, the coating can be carried out with a small amount of the coating material and the concrete panel 1 has an excellent natural stone style such as a stone cutting, a grain, a rock surface or a sandstone style and excellent designability.
