PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house in which housing units are vitalized by a natural environment maintaining space maintained in a site without impairing habitability and economical efficiency and the natural environment maintaining space is assisted by the housing units and residents, with the residents and the space working on each other and cooperating to create unity and harmony as a whole so that the environment within the whole site can be enhanced. SOLUTION: Housing units 3, 4 for a low-storied multiple dwelling house are arranged in an annular zone 2 provided in a site, in such manner that the housing units 3, 4 approximately fill up the annular zone 2 in the circumferential direction. A natural environment maintaining space 9 is disposed away from the housing units 3, 4 in an encircled space 11 encircled by the housing units or annular zone 2. The housing units 3, 4 are provided with houses 5 along an inner side on plan view and all the houses 5 face the natural environment maintaining space 9.
