PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve soundproof performance by sticking and laminating a soundproof sheet having a flat face to be laminated on a floor surface material on one face of the floor surface material, and sticking the soundproof sheet to the floor surface material at the prescribed ratio against the whole floor surface material lamination face. SOLUTION: Nearly semispherical lugs 12 are continuously formed on an ethylene resin open cell foam sheet 11. Polyester nonwoven fabrics 13 coated with an ethylene resin are stuck to both faces of the sheet 11. One face of the soundproof sheet 14 thus formed is coated with an adhesive 15, and a wooden plate 17 formed with grooves 16 in parallel in the vertical direction is stuck to it. If the area of the stuck portion between the floor surface material (wooden plate) 17 and the soundproof sheet 14 is small, the adhesive strength is reduced, and peeling easily occurs. If the area is large, soundproof performance is reduced. The area of the stuck portion of the soundproof sheet 14 is limited to 10-80% of the whole floor surface material laminated face, thereby the soundproof performance of the conventional soundproof floor material can be easily improved.
