SOLUTION: In a control device 49 for play, which collects and controls various kinds of information from issuing devices 3 and 45, money receiving devices 3 and 45 and a recording medium processor 3, provided with the issuing devices 3 and 45 for issuing a recording medium to record information capable of specifying the size of negatiable value usable for play, the money receiving devices 3 and 45 for adding and updating the negotiable value of a size corresponding to the amount of received money to negotiable value and the recording medium processor 3 for performing processing for using the size of the negotiable value for play, this device is provided with an output means for controlling the size of the negotiable value for each recording medium as remaining negotiable value information in the negotiable value based on the issue and money reception before the day, controlling the size of negotiable value used for play on that day as used negotiable value information, controlling used contents from the size of the remaining negotiable value in the used negotiable value information so as to identify them and outputting respective kinds of collected and controlled information.
