<p>PURPOSE:To achieve a highly sensitive analysis regardless of a fine and a small amount of samples by allowing a solvent medium to be evaporated in diffusion-limitation state of a liquid solution and then the sample to be condensed while being flocculated. CONSTITUTION:A small amount of liquid solution containing a sample S in a solvent medium is driped on a thin film 5 of fluororesin which is addd to a mirror-surface portion of an infrared rays reflection member 4 of a sample stand 1 and then diffusion is limited on the thin film 5 for enabling the solvent medium within the liquid solution to be evaporated and the sample S to be condensed. An infrared rays IR from a light source 2 are emitted to this condensed sample S at a micro spectral analysis portion for each sample stand 1. A spectrum which is reflected by the member 4 through the sample S is measured by a spectrum-measuring equipment 3. The sample S becomes thick with a small amount of diffusion at the sample S and the infrared rays absorption strength becomes high, thus achieving a highly sensitive analysis even if the sample S is fine and small.</p> |
