PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically reduce a shipping cost including a packaging cost by buidling up a single member for which a paper, a bondpaper or a synthetic resin or the like is cut with a die, and constituting a case in such a manner that a recording medium is held by a protruding section provided on the rear surface piece, and is prevented from moving in the parallel direction with the longer edge. SOLUTION: A mount 10 for this case comprises a main surface section 101, a rear surface piece 102, a flap piece 103 and gluing pieces 104 and 105, which are connected from the external edges of the main surface section 101, and on the rear surface piece 102, a protruding section 106 which is inserted in the central hole of a recording medium, is provided, and the dimension of the shorter edge of the main surface section 101 is set at 12.25 cm which is handled as a first class regular sized mail. The rear surface piece 102 and the gluing pieces 104 and 105 are folded inward and bonded to form this envelope-like case, and in the case, a disk-form recording medium of which the diameter is 12 cm is inserted, and the protruding section 106 of the rear surface piece 102 is inserted in the central hole. By this constitution, the recording medium can be prevented from moving in the lateral diretion, and in addition, by folding the flap piece 103 inward and bonding the flap piece 103 to the rear surface piece 102, the recording medium is prevented from moving in the vertical direction as well.
