PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a space-saving newspaper/magazine storage rack consisting of a book shelf for arranging newspapers and magazines in the standing condition and a storage base for storing bundles of newspaper/magazines. SOLUTION: The storage base A of this storage rack consists of a base 1 and four supports 2 extending upward at four corners of the base 1. The book shelf 1B (2B, 3B) consists of a bottom board 3 with side plates 4 (5, 6) and two parallel slide grooves 8. The top of the storage base A and the bottom of the book shelf 1B (2B, 3B) are connected. A sliding screen 1C (2C) consists of a partition board 13 (14), slide bars 15 under the partition board, and slide bases 16 under the slide bars 15. The sliding screen 1C (2C) is erected on the bottom board 3 of the book shelf 1B (2B, 3B) with the slide bars 15 inserted into the slide grooves 8.
