PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the consistency of communication without monitoring no communication from a server and to reduce the line cost by operating a reconnecting function when the function of a terminal emulator server sets no non-communication monitoring for a terminal emulator function connected through a computer network. SOLUTION: When the function of the terminal emulator server sets no non-communication monitoring for the terminal emulator function connected through the computer network, the reconnecting function is operated. When no non-communication monitoring is set in this system, a terminal emulator server control part 11 disconnects the session of a connected terminal emulator 4. Then a terminal emulator server setting tool 9 deletes its session information from a terminal emulator management table 10. Then the terminal emulator server control part 11 performs a connecting process for the terminal emulator 4 making a connection request.
