PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the chucking device in which a disk-shaped information recording medium ('the disk') does not come off during the rotation and in which the disk can be removed by a comparatively small force when to be discharged. SOLUTION: The chucking device 1 is for holding the disk D attachably and detachably when it is rotated. In this case, a holding part 20 is provided which holds the disk D on the table 14 when a centrifugal force is generated at the time of rotation of the disk D on the table 14.
