SOLUTION: Axial synchronous data and Q-axis synchronous data are generated respectively. At this time, null and sweep synchronous data are generated by a null data generating circuit 5, a sweep data amplitude varying and generating circuit 6, and a synchronous data mixing circuit 7 in one-symbol units. The synchronous data generated by a synchronous data generating circuit 4 are supplied to a switching circuit 8. The sweep data amplitude varying and generating circuit 6 in the circuit 4 outputs a sweep symbol waveform, by varying and setting its amplitude width according to the frequency. The larger the interference effects on an adjacent channel are, the smaller the amplitude value is set.</p>
