Vaccine formula for cats comprising at least 3 polynucleotide vaccine valencies comprised within plasmids so as to express in vivo a gene with one feline pathogen valency which are: Feline leukaemia virus with genes env and gag, Panleukopenia virus with gene VP2, Infectious peritonitis virus with modified S and M, Coryza virus with gene gB and gD, Calicivirosis virus with a capsid, Feline immunodeficiency virus with genes env and gag/pro, Rabies virus with gene G. Further disclosed is a method and kit for vaccinating cats with one or more of the above plasmids where the cat has previously been vaccinated.
