PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the installation device and its safety device without requiring a tool and the damage around the outer periphery of a spindle and the bite of a screw, which can attach/detach the edge tool in a single operation. SOLUTION: This device is composed of a groove 34 provided on the inner periphery of a push rod 33 positioned on the outer periphery of an edge holder 25, in which one part of a ball 32 is inserted, a center shaft 13 positioned while facing to the push rod 33 in a spindle 15 and moving relatively to the spindle 15 in the axial direction by a drive means, an edge tool 19 having a shaft shape come off stopper 37 inserted in the cylinder 27 of the edge holder 25 and a groove 38, provided on the come off stopper 37, in which one part of a ball 32 is inserted by the insertion to the edge holder 25. Usually, the ball 32 and the groove 34 of the push rod 33 are shifted in the axial direction and the push rod 33 is pushed by the center shaft 13 by the relative movement of the spindle 15 and center shaft 13 and the edge tool 19 is attached/detached by facing the ball 32 to the groove 34 of the push rod 33.
