PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a moisture-permeable waterproof camouflage fabric capable of making both high waterproofness and moisture permeability compatible, having a camouflage pattern hardly to be detected in a visible light and infrared ray wavelength range. SOLUTION: This moisture-permeable waterproof camouflage fabric is printed by a camouflage pattern showing >=5% reflectance of fabric surface and <=60% multistage reflectance in an infrared wavelength range from 1,000 nm to 1,400 nm and is subjected to moisture permeable waterproof processing having >=2 kg/cm2 waterproof pressure and >=5,000 g/m2.24 hours moisture permeability.
